If you’d like to become a Treetop Donor again, you can do that anytime inside the app under Settings.
We don’t see that email yet.
We couldn’t find an account in the app using that email address.
Make sure you’ve installed the app and created your account first. Then open the app, go to Settings → User, and copy the email shown there exactly. That’s the one you need to enter in the form.
This link doesn’t look right.
It may have been edited, expired, or already used. Try clicking the link in the original email again, fresh.
If it still doesn’t work, just hit reply on that email and we’ll sort it out.
